Days 1-7: Heart Whispers, Intuitive Blessings and Pocket Life Coaching

Today, I am giving you seven days and and many ways to inspire yourself, calm yourself, love yourself, and find moments of inner peace.
When you see a Heart Whisper, read it to yourself, say it out loud, write it down, visualize yourself being this way, and then, if you have the time, choose some way creatively to express yourself using this Heart Whisper/Blessing as the theme.
Sing, write, take a walk in nature, enjoy creative movement, poetry, journaling, cooking, sewing, music, sit in silence and breathe -choose any creative way that brings your heart whisper and blessing to life.
Then, there is something here called Pocket coaching. The term just means it’s a little piece of wisdom to put in your imaginary pocket as you go about your day.
So, are you ready? Start with whichever day you are drawn to first. What words and wisdom do you need today. Read all 7 Heart Whispers/Blessings and Pocket Life Coaching words over, and then choose one to live that day.

(Reflect. Take a walk in nature and let yourself feel your tenderness as your strength. Write all your thoughts and feelings down - stream of consciousness.
