Welcome to your sacred pause.

In the swirl of a heavy world and the quiet ache of your own spirit, this breath is a gift—a bridge back to your center.

There’s nothing you need to fix here. Nothing to perform. Just breathe.

Together, we’ll gently practice the 4-4-6 breath:
Inhale for 4… Hold/Pause for 4… Exhale for 6.

This rhythm nourishes your nervous system, expands your heart, and opens your space for both times of shadow/darkness and times of light.

As you breathe, I’ll invite you to anchor to a word. A soul word. One that you most need today:

It could be anything. Here are some suggestions:


Peace. Strength. Compassion. Courage. Hope. Forgiveness. Strength. Determination. Resilience. Love.

You decide what power word serves you best right now and visualize yourself going through your days and nights like this.

Breathe your power word into your body, mind, and spirit, hold it gently within you, and then release it to the world so everyone might feel the power of this word through positive thought transference.

Let this be your refuge. Your reset. Come home to yourself, one 4-4-6 breath and power word at a time.

Let this be your breath of light between the cracks.
